Boardstate LLC, operated at boardstate.gg ("we", "us"), builds tools that improve player, spectator, streamer, and organizer experiences. We want to help people share our love of trading card games and make learning them more accessible. This policy explains which information we handle and why, as related to our Twitch extension and associated streamer capture tools.
Our software analyzes frames of your broadcast in real time to recognize which cards are on screen. We keep the recognition results, not your video. Individual frames may be held briefly for troubleshooting and are then deleted.
Viewers need no account, and we collect no personal information from them. When a viewer uses the extension, Twitch passes us only anonymized identifiers. We cannot see who a viewer is, and we do not use cookies or tracking in the extension.
To operate the extension, to improve it, and to answer your questions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Your extension settings are stored with Twitch's own configuration service, under Twitch's privacy notice.
We share information only with the infrastructure providers that host our service, and where the law requires it.
Boardstate is not directed at minors, and we operate in line with Twitch's age policies.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear at this address with an updated effective date.
